Are you an experienced React Developer looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment? We're seeking a skilled front-end developer to join our team in a full-time, direct-hire role. This hybrid position is based in Dublin, OH, with in-office collaboration on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while maintaining flexibility.
What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications, APIs, and database models.
Collaborate with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
Oversee deployments and provide post-release support for applications.
Recommend and implement best practices, processes, and procedures to enhance quality and productivity.
Review and approve application code changes, ensuring high coding standards.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating frameworks, platforms, and tooling solutions.
Assess team members' performance and provide guidance for professional growth.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
Background in .NET development is preferred; however, candidates with a strong React skillset and Java experience will also be considered.
Solid understanding of ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in relational database design and optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or relevant certifications).
