Receive and review abuse reports from the Florida Abuse Hotline
Assign reports and follow up to ensure timely staff notification
Support Child Protective Investigators by preparing and routing case records
Coordinate across systems like FSFN, FAHIS, and CIS
Provide essential clerical support for the Family Safety Unit
Answer phones, archive records, conduct diligent searches, and more
