Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Event Planner to design and coordinate memorable events from start to finish. In this remote role, you'll work closely with clients to bring their vision to life—whether it’s a corporate retreat, wedding, milestone celebration, or destination gathering. Ideal candidates are resourceful, deadline-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand goals, needs, and budget
  

• Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, scheduling, and vendor management
  

• Create detailed proposals, timelines, and itineraries
  

• Communicate regularly with clients, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
  

• Maintain event documentation, manage contracts, and track expenses
  

• Troubleshoot issues and adjust plans in real time as needed
  

• Stay up-to-date on trends, destinations, and hospitality best practices
  

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication
  

• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  

• Previous event planning experience is a plus but not required
