Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Requirements Analyst to elicit, document, and analyze technical and functional requirements to support USCIS IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
Document functional and business requirements for enterprise systems.
Support the development of Enterprise Architecture-related artifacts.
Collaborate with product owners to ensure requirements align with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a requirements analyst in IT projects.
Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in federal IT acquisition processes.
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

DHS Background Investigation (BI)
