Pay Structure & Benefits

  • $70,000 annual salary plus biannual performance-based bonus opportunities of up to 5% of the annual salary.
  • Paid time off- vacation time, paid sick and safe time(PSST), and paid company holidays.
  • In addition, you will be eligible for birthday time off, an extended holiday break, and a summer hours program.

Requirements

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • 3-5 years of HubSpot implementation experience at an agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing automation, and CRM optimization.
  • HubSpot and Project Management certifications (highly preferred).
  • The ability to work in person two days per week in the Elmhurst, IL, corporate office is required.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Revenue Operations: Manage HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Drive Insights & Strategy: Analyze data, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee implementations, migrations, and integrations with Salesforce & HubSpot experts.
