Job Title : Salesforce Administrator/Developer (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and configure Salesforce CRM, including user setup, profiles, and permissions.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Implement automation using Process Builder, Flow, and triggers to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.) using APIs, middleware, or third-party tools.
• Maintain and ensure data integrity, including data imports, exports, and migrations.
• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, create user guides, and deliver training sessions.
• Conduct testing and deploy new features or updates in a controlled manner.
• Address system issues, monitor performance, and suggest improvements to enhance the platform's effectiveness.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required. Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce development tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, REST, or SOAP.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
