Our client, an AI-driven company, are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join their team in California. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the development of the company’ cutting-edge AI-powered operating system, enhancing productivity and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
As the Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible to create and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI applications.
You will utilize advanced language models to drive AI-driven innovations.
Develop full-stack applications, integrating AI into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Interpret complex datasets to inform product strategy and innovation.
Design and deliver end-to-end features for seamless, engaging user experiences.
Skillset
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
Minimum of five years of full-stack development experience.
Expertise in Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs (Claude, GPT), agentic frameworks (Crew.ai, LangChain), prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation methodologies.
Strong ability to write high-quality, reusable, and scalable code with automated testing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ownership and innovation.
Previous experience working in a startup.
