What To Expect
The Infrastructure Operations, Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining critical dashboards that monitor team and individual performance, as well as key infrastructure metrics. This role involves conducting in-depth analyses and presenting actionable insights to Tesla leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the management and enhancement of the internal location and project management tool hosted on Microsoft Power Apps, driving operational efficiency and innovation within the organization. What You'll Do Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Microsoft Power BIAssist in the development of our internal project and location management tool in Microsoft Power AppsPartner with team members to ensure all Infrastructure data is tracked accurately on an ongoing basisAnalyze dashboards, summarize findings, and present to Tesla leadershipTrack critical data fields associate with Tesla Real Estate and provide timely reports to global business partners related to those fieldsCreate location specific reports for various stakeholders in a timely mannerDrive initiatives to expand the accuracy of portfolio data
What You'll Bring 5+ Years experience working in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or field relevant to theseProficient skill level in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BIExperience working with Microsoft Plans is preferredExperience analyzing large data sets and providing clear recommendations based on the findingsFamiliarity with Infrastructure Development and Real Estate data (encouraged, not required)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionalsStrong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
