Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) provides the educational outreach functions for Cornell University's role as New York State's Land Grant University. The Finance Team within Cornell Cooperative Extension works in a complex system of University-related functions and statutory oversight of Off-Campus Extension. Together, the system includes over 1,500 employees. The Finance Team comprises approximately six staff and oversees finance activity within Extension Administration and Off-Campus Extension.
What You Will Do
As the Temporary Grant and Contract Accounts Specialist, provide sponsored and donor funds data to the Manager of Finance and Budgets and CCE Administration for reporting needs, including budget updates, budget projections (salary), account analysis, external funding tracking and analysis, association program activity, etc. Provide account management support for Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) Area Teams. This is a three-month appointment (39 hours/week) with possible extension depending on funding and performance. This position will be located in Ithaca, New York.
