W2 Contract | Tower Crane Operator | Kansas

*Must have NCCCO [TWR] credentials and 3+ years of tower crane operation experience

*Prefer local candidates in the Wichita, KS area

• Anticipate $40-$45/hour, dependent on experience
• Anticipate 6+ months of work (could go longer)
• Comansa Tower Crane
• New Construction
• Project site will require NCCCO [TWR] and OSHA 10

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position loads safely and efficiently at construction site.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of the crane to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure accurate load handling and positioning.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have NCCCO with TWR endorsement
• OSHA 10 preferred (will need to obtain)
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Tower Crane Operator on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of crane safety protocols and operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the construction team.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
