Job Description

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Research & Scheduling Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support by researching travel destinations, creating tailored itineraries, and managing scheduling tasks for a variety of travel experiences. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless travel planning, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining accurate and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities, and attractions based on client preferences and budget.
  • Create and organize customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and enhance their travel experiences.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in managing scheduling and calendars for travel bookings, ensuring deadlines and client requests are met promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather travel preferences, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Work closely with vendors, travel suppliers, and other partners to secure reservations and handle modifications as needed.
  • Ensure all travel plans comply with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and itineraries using relevant tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to source reliable information quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, online research tools, and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
