We'll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart. **Your Responsibilities Include** ● Performing MIG welding on structural steel components ● Reading basic blueprints and work instructions ● Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality ● Following safety procedures and reporting issues ● Working closely with team members to meet production goals **What You Bring** We're looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters. **Ideal Candidates Have:** ● A strong work ethic and willingness to learn ● Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools ● Interest in welding or fabrication work ● Ability to follow instructions and work safely ● High school diploma or GED preferred ● No prior welding experience required - we'll train you **Your Work Has Purpose** Every weld you make supports real-world systems - from lighting highways to powering farms to keeping communities connected.
