Job Description

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, supply chain management, logistics management and other related majors;
2. More than 3 years of supply chain related experience, working experience in consumer electronics, communications, and high-tech industries is preferred;
3. Have a solid knowledge of supply chain management and a practical foundation in international trade; Have certain supply chain management application ability, logical induction ability, and data analysis ability;
4. Reliable, responsible, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, results-oriented;
5. English can be used as a working language. 1. PSI (production-sales-inventory) management: use the company's PSI mechanism to manage purchase, sales and inventory, and output PSI-related reports and report content weekly/monthly;

1. Customer demand management: Combined with sales forecast, product project progress and resource situation, responsible for communicating with the business to confirm the reasonable delivery plan for N+6 months;
2. Order delivery management: responsible for regional PI/PO order placement, production delivery, resource coordination and delivery arrangement; Organize the monthly shipment plan weekly, predict the risk in advance, and follow up the key points to ensure that the factory orders are delivered on time;
3. Inventory and sluggish management: manage the inventory turnover of finished products and the cleaning of sluggish materials, accelerate the efficiency of inventory turnover, and ensure that the turnover target is achieved;
4. Import customs clearance management: according to local trade terms and tariff policies, calculate and monitor customs clearance costs to ensure smooth customs clearance of products;
5. Warehousing and logistics management: manage the products in and out of the warehouse, track the local logistics distribution, manage and assess the docking suppliers, ensure the timeliness of distribution, and optimize the overall logistics cost.
